The Course Evenings

The course evenings will take place on six evenings. During the last of these evenings written and oral exams will take place. During the evenings several theoretical aspects of group guiding will be illustrated. These include: presentation techniques, dealing with groups, putting together a walking tour, guiding of coach trips, dealing with conflicts, techniques for delivering bad news, dealing with complaints, role play, airport-duties, insurances and calamities.
